LIVE GEODUCK

Our whole cleaned geoduck is frozen and packaged to protect its flavor and texture. The neck meat has a deliciously mild flavor with the crisp "crunchy" texture of a cucumber. The body has a slightly milder, more subtle flavor. Geoduck is prized at sushi bars because it goes well with other flavors.
Serving Suggestion
Geoduck is ideal for sushi, sashimi, or ceviche. The body can also be fried or steamed.
Handling Cleaned Geoduck
Geoduck are best kept alive by placing them in an open container in a refrigerator (34Â° - 45Â° F) and covering them with a clean wet towel to prevent them from drying out. Do not keep them in a bucket of sea water. Do not store them in plastic bags or other air tight containers. Geoduck can also be frozen either shucked, or in the shell.
